Arkansas Enterprises for the Developmentally Disabled, Inc. (AEDD) is a charitable organization established for the sole purpose of providing services to the disabled citizens of the State of Arkansas. The organization is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. AEDD is in compliance with Titles VI & VII of the Civil Rights Act and is operated, managed and delivers its services without regard to sex, race, color or National Origin.

Georganna joined AEDD in 1990 and stepped in as CEO in 2009. Georganna’s experience in the healthcare industry for people disabilities is proven in the growth and success of the organization. She serves as the Arkansas state representative for the American Network of Community Options and Resources (ANCOR), which serves as a local presence to be heard in Washington D.C., and as the secretary of the Board of the Developmental Disabilities Providers Association (DDPA).


Debbie joined AEDD in 2008 to organize and build a Development Department for the organization. Debbie serves as a liason between AEDD and the 50 member AEDD Volunteer Auxiliary that supports two major fundraisers each year, plus numerous projects for the children and adults served by AEDD. Debbie serves on the Board for the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the North Little Rock Civitan Club and is active in the Little Rock and North Little Rock Chambers of Commerce.
