Welcome to our employee health & wellness page. My name is Roger Decker and I am the Health & Safety Coordinator here at AEDD. My main goal here is to empower you to pursue a lifestyle of healthy & active living. I am here to be a resource, and I am ready and willing to meet with you and address any health or fitness concerns you may have.


I am dedicated to helping you:

  • Improve your ability to participate in recreational activities
  • Improve your functional abilities at home and work
  • Improve your overall fitness level
  • Improve your nutritional habits
  • Improve your management of daily stressors

I hope to assist people who are uncomfortable with exercise or are just generally discouraged by their weight loss attempts. I want people to experience the joy that comes from living a healthy, high-energy lifestyle. I will be scheduling free 1on1 appointments for exercise program design, and individualized nutrition plans.

This is a free service for all employees that would cost 100’s of dollars elsewhere.

The AEDD Living Well Program offers:

  • Health Advantage (My Blue Print)
    A program of online resources relating to diabetes, food & nutrition, blood pressure, cholesterol, smoking cessation, healthy living, etc.

  • Bravo Wellness
    The Bravo Wellness Program is offered through Health Advantage. It provides employees an opportunity to reduce their health insurance premium costs.

  • 10 Fitness Memberships
    Employees can sign up for a 10 Fitness membership through AEDD via payroll deduction. The usual joining fee (up to $59) will be waived by for all employees joining under this arrangement.

  • Gym Reimbursement
    Current employees can be reimbursed up to $10.00 per month for gym membership (minimum 4 visits/ month to qualify). Keep your receipts and gym visits and turn them into HR by May 31st each year.

  • Community Wellness Activity Reimbursement
    Current employees can be reimbursed for community wellness events. Keep receipts and turn them into HR by May 31st each year. Limit 4 events/ year (max of $30 per event).
