$125 per hour 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
$175per hour 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
$225 per hour 10:00 p.m. to midnight
Deposits and Fees:
$300 security deposit is due at signing of rental contract. An additional $300 is required if alcohol is to be served.
There is a $100 cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled after the security deposit has been paid, and a $150 clean-up fee that is collected when the rental contract is signed.
Note: Rental fees include use of activity room, parking and A/V equipment. Linens, dishes and kitchen access require additional fees, as outlined In the Rental Contract.
