Facility Rental

The AEDD Multipurpose Center is conveniently located 2 blocks off I-30 on the corner of Main Street and Roosevelt Road between the Harmony Clinic and St. John’s Baptist Church in the SoMa/Quawpaw Quarter area of Little Rock.  The facility is availalbe to the public for rental for events and activities.

  • Round tables and chairs for 200 seated banquet style
  • Commercial kitchen (Use available for an additional fee)
  • 30-foot serving bar
  • Ice maker
  • Linens and dishes for 200 (Use available for an additional fee)

    » Wireless Laptop/MP3 connections
    » Wireless microphones
    » Touchscreen system integrated into movable podium



$125 per hour 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

$175per hour 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

$225 per hour 10:00 p.m. to midnight


Deposits and Fees:

$300 security deposit is due at signing of rental contract. An additional $300 is required if alcohol is to be served.

There is a $100 cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled after the security deposit has been paid, and a $150 clean-up fee that is collected when the rental contract is signed.

Note: Rental fees include use of activity room, parking and A/V equipment. Linens, dishes and kitchen access require additional fees, as outlined In the Rental Contract.
